UPS Or FEDEX Shipments:

When will my order ship? Currently, all in-stock items are being shipped within 48 hours often sooner!

How will my order ship ? - Most of our orders ship via UPS (United Parcel Service). All shipments should arrive within 1-5 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after it leaves our facility.

Expedited Service - If you need your shipment sooner, try our expedited service. Orders received by 1 PM Pacififc Time Monday thru Friday will leave that day and should arrive within 1 - 5 working days after the order has been placed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will leave the following Monday. Expedited shipping is not available on Factory Shipped Items. Please note that this is not an upgrade to UPS Air Service, it merely insures that your order will leave on the day you placed your order (as long as we recieve the order by 1PM Eastern Time).

Air Shipments - we offer both Second Day Air and Next Day Air shipments via United Parcel Service (UPS). We charge actual shipping for all air shipments. Please note that shipping charges for air packages are based on size and/or weight. Large bulky items are expensive to ship because of the size of the box they are shipped in. Orders received before 1PM Eastern Time on Monday through Friday will leave that day. Orders received after 1PM will leave the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will leave the following Monday.

US Postal Shipments:

U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail*: Current processing time 1 to 2 business days; delivery time 4 to 7 business days. Some locations will take longer. -Unfortunately, CIS, Inc.can not accept any responsibility for US Postal Service shipments including those shipments sent to P.O. Boxes.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, US Territories Shipments Must be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Please be aware that the US Postal Service shipments are not insurable. (no tracking available).

US Postal Service charges are calculated for Priority Mail Rate only

Unfortunately,CIS,Inc.can not accept any responsibility for lost U. S. Postal Service shipments. FPO and APO Shipments -APO/FPO orders must be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail only. Delivery time may take up to 30 business days. These shipments are not trackable or insurable.


Will Call Orders:
Will Calls-(Pickup at warehouse - CA ) Current processing time 2 to 3 business days; picks up are available Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 3 pm by appointment only. A minimium charge of $7.50 for Order Processing will be added to the order. Any large or odd shipments rate may vary.
